"Hug a Tree"?
Take a break from daily life and join us for a magical experience at the beautiful place - La Labugta. Every Wednesday, we open the doors to our farm to give you a taste of good old-fashioned farm life. The program includes:
-
A cozy time in a traditional Norwegian barn with a warm atmosphere and engaging stories.
-
A guided forest walk to experience shinrin-yoku – forest bathing, and of course: hugging trees!
-
A bonfire in the woods with a serving of something warm and delightful.
The Polar exploration
What is the Norwegian soul of our culture? Several explorers have kept our polar explorer legacy alive.
Roald Amundsen forever entered Norwegian history books and became a national hero in Norway when he showed us the Norwegian way of Polar living - and skiing, using the Nature as a force to show endurance, resilience and strength.
What if you don`t have to cross a pole all alone to get a sense of a polar exploration? What if snowshoes are all you need?
Are you a polar explorer? Above the Polar Circle we are all explorers of the polar lifestyle, by the bonfire or into the woods.
You are welcome to our woods to enjoy some fresh and crisp winter air, admire the great landscape and hug a tree as an appreciation to the Norwegian woods.
